Hello, I’m Martyn. I’m a qualified therapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), working exclusively online with clients across the UK.

I have a particular interest in helping people who struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. My approach is gentle, supportive, and practical — giving you both a safe space to explore your experiences and the tools to make meaningful changes.

Types of Therapy Offered

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a practical, structured therapy that helps you notice and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. It’s particularly effective for anxiety disorders such as PTSD, OCD, Health and Social Anxiety, low mood, and stress.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

IPT focuses on your relationships, communication, and life changes. It’s especially helpful if you’re experiencing depression, grief, or difficulties in connecting with others.
